I find them mostly with beech or oak. It appears in late summer through to early winter.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Description<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>This is quite a changeable mushroom and can appear different depending on weather conditions. It keeps it purple colour when cooked so livens up any dish.
